A relatively new, reasonably priced calendaring solution, Lista Recurring Events is a beautifully designed event management tool that lets you turn any single post type into a calendar event — just add an event start custom field. Not as powerful as Pie Calendar (yet), but the UI/UX are superior in my opinion.
